Optima Camelview has started construction of a second phase of office suites within the downtown project.

The Offices at Camelview Village will offer suites ranging from 179 to 500 square feet with lease prices starting at $700 per month.

Office tenants have use of concierge, conference room, covered parking and a 25,000 square foot fitness center.

Current tenants in seven first-phase suites include:

  • Cubex, a technology and software company.
  • Ikona Capital LLC, a private asset management firm.
  • Stealth Media Agency, an Internet media company.
  • Netadyne Networks, which provides support for computer networks.

There are 10 suites in Phase 2, set for occupancy July 1, and nine more in Phase 3.

Optima Camelview is northwest of Scottsdale Road and Highland Avenue, just north of Scottsdale Fashion Square. It is planned for close to 700 residential units.
