Comfort food with a healthy twist.
That's how Kirsten Carey describes Nourish, scheduled to open in Scottsdale in April. That means, along with lots of vegetables, you may find such dishes as turkey meatloaf, a chickpea-and-sweet-potato burger on a gluten-free baguette and macaroni and cheese made with soy milk.
